I have particular expertise assisting clients with matters relating to taxation.

I advise on a range of private client issues, including trusts, succession planning, complex Wills, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, income tax, probate, powers of attorney and domicile.

In addition to being qualified as a Solicitor, I am also qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser, which enables me to provide in-depth advice on the tax implications of trusts and other structures.

I believe it is important to take a thorough approach to all aspects of work, identifying the best opportunities to mitigate tax and working to deliver the best possible result.

Education/Background

I studied LLB Law at the University of Sheffield. I previously qualified as an Isle of Man advocate before requalifying as an English solicitor. I joined OGR Stock Denton in 2015.
