I joined the OGR Stock Denton team in September 2019 as a Solicitor in the Family department. Prior to this, I worked and trained at another London-based firm where I qualified as a Solicitor in November 2018.
I have experience of a wide range of family law issues including divorce, financial settlements, children matters and domestic violence injunctions. I am committed to providing clients with objective and professional advice at every stage which helps to resolve disputes in a cost effective manner and importantly, reduces conflict during what is often a very stressful experience.
I am also a Resolution trained collaborative family practitioner. Collaborative family law is an non-confrontational way of resolving issues without the involvement of the court. Both of you instruct collaborative solicitors who work with you both to take a more flexible, nuanced and family focused approach to negotiations by coming together face-to-face to work things through.
I am also a member of Young Resolution (YRes) which is promotes a constructive approach to family issues and considers the needs of the whole family, in particular the best interests of children.
